For over 60 years The Fantasticks has captivated audiences around the world. With over 17, 162 performances, The Fantasticks holds the Guinness World Record for the longest theatrical run of a musical. In fall 2022, the audience in Taiwan will have the first opportunity to see this funny and romantic story on stage. The show will be presented with a local cast and crew by its original music and lyrics. The starring includes Dennis Nieh – a celebrated radio DJ, television actor and host, Tory Liu – the leading actor in award-winning Taiwanese movie ‘The Silent Forest’, and Welly Yang – a Taiwanese-American Broadway actor, musical producer and theatre founder.

The Fantasticks is the first musical produced by ‘Hua Musical’ – A Taiwanese production team that aims to bring more diverse musicals to Taiwan.
